Easy Spinach Omelette


Prep Time: 2 mins.      Cook time : 8 mins.
Serves: 2

This Omelette recipe will surely be on list,  specially for your kids breakfast. Children are very fussy eaters are not always very fond of spinach. This Recipe is so tasty, they wouldn't even realise they are actually eating spinach it looks just like cilantro in there.....

Ingredients:

3 Eggs
1/4 cup chopped spinach
3 tbsp cheddar cheese (grated)
1 tbsp fresh cream
A Dash of pepper powder 
Salt to taste ( Optional)

Directions:

1. In a Mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, cheese, fresh cream, pepper & salt ( optional).


2. Next add the chopped spinach and give a slight whisk.

3.Grease a small non-stick frying pan with oil or butter. On slow to medium flame, pour in half the egg mixture and fry till golden brown & done on both sides.

Serve with Toast 

Recipe Notes:
  • You can try your own version by adding some other ingredients and additional flavours as well.
