French Toast

This French Toast Recipe is so yummy its surely going to be enjoyed by kids , as well as adults.. for breakfast.... 

Ingredients

4 slices of bread
1 cup milk
2 whisked eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp brown sugar
Dash of cinnamon (optional)
Pinch of salt
Pure ghee/ butter for frying

Directions:

1. Cut the bread slices into triangles & set aside.

2. In a bowl add milk along with salt, sugar & cinnamon.


3. In another bowl whisk the eggs & add vanilla essence.

4. Heat a frying pan & grease it with ghee or butter, Next dip the bread slices into the milk bowl for a few seconds, then into egg bowl and straight into the frying pan, do it carefully.

6. Fry for about 3-4 min on each side or until golden brown.


Serve with butter, honey, maple syrup, fruits or any of your favourite topping.

Recipe Notes:
  • You Can use any bread you like.
  • Try not to soak the bread for too long in the milk or egg bowl as it may get too soft and break while cooking.
  • You can also add 2 tbsp of sugar instead of 1 tsp, if you would want the toast to be sweet, and also avoid the toppings...
