No Yeast Bread /Bread Rolls

This is the Best No yeast Bread Rolls recipe ever. whether your out of yeast or just don’t like the Bread with yeast, then you definitely have to try this easy recipe out. It has all the basic ingredients already available in your kitchen cabinet.
The Bread turns out just perfect and soft.


Recipe

Ingredients:
3 cups all purpose flour ( Maida)
½ cup whole wheat flour
1& ¼ cup Plain Yoghurt
½ cup Olive oil or cooking oil
3 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 egg whisked or milk for glazing


Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, add 3 cups of all purpose flour, ½ cup whole wheat flour, 3 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt , 1 tsp sugar, then add 1 & ¼ cup Plain Yogurt, ½ cup oil.


2.  mix all the ingredients well to form a soft, non sticky dough. Cover the dough & let it stand for at least 1 hrs. In the meanwhile line the baking tray with greased parchment/ baking paper and keep aside.



3. Shape the dough into small balls & place them on the greased tray. Glaze the top with milk or whisked egg. 



4.   Bake at 190 C/ Gas mark 6 for about 30 mins or until Golden.

*Recipe Notes:

• Glazing the rolls with egg before baking gives the bread a nice shine, alternately you can use milk for glazing. You can also glaze with butter once baked and while it’s still hot.
