Strawberry Banana Smoothie

A Healthy and Easy Smoothie made from Fresh fruits gives you a refreshing feeling. It's just soo creamy and delish.
Ingredients:
10-12 Strawberries
1 Banana
¾ Cup/ 180 ml Greek Yogurt
¾ Cup/ 180 ml milk
1tsp honey or to taste ( optional)
Ice ( Optional)
Directions:
Blend the Strawberries, banana and milk along with the honey for a bout 2 minutes.
Then add the Greek yogurt and blend for a minute.
Serve chilled with Ice.
Recipe Notes:
• You can use maple syrup, dates, grapes or a little sugar instead of the honey in the recipe.
• If your smoothie turns too thick add a little milk, and if it turns too thin add some more banana or strawberries.
