Green masala

Adjust the sourness of the vinegar as per your taste while cooking.

You can add extra 1tsp of garam masala while it is cooking if you want it very spicy, check and adjust as per taste.

For gravy add extra water.

You can also add small chopped pieces of potato to the kheema, when the meat changes colour and while the water is still boiling.

The dry beef Kheema without the peas and potato can be stored in the freezer for 3-4 weeks. If you keep it longer it will change its taste.
