Tuna Cutlets

Cusine: world                    Serves: 12 cutlets 

Ingredients:

2 cans Tuna ( 160 grms each) 
1 Onion Finely Chopped
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic paste 
2 Green Chili deseeded & finely chopped 
1/2 tsp coriander powder 
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder 
1 Tsp Garam Masala
2 Tbsp spring Onion Chopped ( green part)
1 Tbsp tomato Ketchup 
3 Potatoes (Boiled & mashed)
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
2 Tbsp semolina ( rawa)
1 Egg
1/2 Tsp Salt or to taste
Pepper to taste
Oil - To fry

Directions:

1. Heat 2 Tbsp of oil in a pan, add finely chopped Onions and Saute till soft . Add ginger garlic paste along with finely chopped de-seeded chilies. Cook till the onions begin to turn light brown.

2. On Low flame add the tuna, to the onions 
( make sure to drain the tuna cans), add garam masala, coriander powder, turmeric and spring onion.Also add salt and pepper to taste and mix well.

3. Next add the boiled & mashed potatoes to fish mixture and mix well to make a smooth dough.

4. Let the mixture cool, add an egg and 1 Tbsp ketchup, mix it well. Take some lime size mixture and roll into shapes of your choice.

6. Take 1 cup breadcrumbs on a plate & mix with semolina ,Roll the shaped cutlets on the bread crumb mixture. Shake off the excess and set aside .

7. In a non stick pan heat oil on medium  flame to fry the cutlets . Remove the fried cutlets on paper towels.

Serve hot... Enjoy with Tomato ketchup or any of your favourite dip.
