Chocolate Fudge

 This Chocolate Fudge recipe is made with just 3 ingredients condensed milk, chocolate & butter.
It just tastes great with its smooth and creamy texture.


Ingredients
400 ml/ 1 can condensed milk
320 grms/2 cups semi sweet Chocolate 
2 Tbsp butter
50 grms / ½ cup chopped walnuts ( optional)

Directions 

1. Roughly chop the chocolate, and melt it in a double boiler.

2.    Add butter, condensed milk and mix well.

3. Lastly add the chopped walnuts and give it a nice stir.

4. Pour the mixture in a square tin lined with greased parchment/ baking paper. Spread gently cover with a plastic wrap and Chill in the refrigerator until the fudge is firm.

5.Once chilled remove fudge out of the pan/tin and cut into small bite size squares.


Recipe Notes:
  • Fudge can be stored at room temperature for 2-3 days, in the fridge for 3-4 weeks and upto 3 months in the freezer.
