Squids chilly fry with Recheado Masala

This is one of the famous versions of the Goan squids chilly fry, that is made with the Goan Recheado masala, it is Super tasty and spicy.

Ingredients 

400 grms/ 10 medium Squids (cleaned & cut into rings) 
2 medium Onions ( sliced)
3 Tbsp Goan Recheado Masala 
2 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup 
4-5 kokum pieces ( optional)
2 Tbsp fresh Corriander leaves /Cilantro (finely chopped)
Salt to taste
Oil – 2 to 3 tbsp.

Directions

1.  In a Pan, heat 2 Tbsp of oil, add  sliced onion and fry till soft.


2.   Next add the Squids rings , Recheado Masala, kokum and salt to taste. Close the lid and cook for 4 mins. or until the squids are cooked according to your preference.

3.   Open the lid, add 2 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup, mix well and cook until the water dries up.

4.  Lastly garnish with fresh coriander/ cilantro and enjoy with Rice curry or as a starter.
