Mango Ice-cream


Prep time: 10 mins      Freezing time: 3 – 6 hrs+

This homemade Special Mango Ice-cream is so delicious and it's super easy to make.

Ingredients
  • 2 Cups Mango Puree
  • 600 ml Heavy Cream/ Whipping Cream          (Chilled)
  • 1 Can ( 397 grms) Condensed Milk

Directions 

1. With an Electric mixer, Whip together Condensed Milk and Chilled Heavy Cream, until stiff peaks form.

2. Next fold in the mango puree gently,  with the help of a silicone spatula until well combined.

3. Then transfer the prepared Mango Ice cream into a freezer safe Container with a lid and Freeze. Or ( see notes*) 

4. For soft scoops, Freeze for 3 hrs and Serve. For perfect rolled scoops, freeze it for 6 hours+.

Recipe Notes:
  • * Alternatively, you can place the prepared Ice cream in a Bread loaf tin or a cake baking tin, place a small sheet of parchment paper on the top , Cover with cling wrap and freeze.
  • Do not over whip the Cream, as it will turn into butter & it will affect the texture & taste of the Ice cream.
