Mussel's Rawa Fry


Prep time: 5 mins                  Cook time: 10 mins.
Cuisine: Goan                          Serves: 12 pcs

Ingredients

12 Mussel’s ( cleaned) see notes *
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 -2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
½  Tsp Black Pepper Powder 
Salt To Taste
Semolina/ Rawa as required 
Oil for shallow frying 

Directions 

1. In a mixing bowl add mussel’s, turmeric powder, chilli powder, lemon juice, pepper powder, salt and mix well, then coat the mussel’s with semolina .


2. Heat Oil in a frying pan and shallow fry the mussel’s on medium to low flame for about 4 -5 mins. on each side, or until golden brown & done.

3. Serve the Mussel’s Hot ...

Alternatively you can also fry the Mussel’s with Goan Recheado Masala..


* De-beared , Un-shell, remove the white thread from the Mussel’s & wash them well.
