Stuffed Pomfret

This is a special Goan stuffed Pomfret recipe, wherein the fish is stuffed with the Special Goan Recheado masala & onion and shallow fried.....

Ingredients:

2 Silver Pomfret fish 
4 -5 Tbsp Recheado Masala (click the link     below for Recheado masala recipe)
3 Tbsp Onion (finely chopped)
1 tsp Salt or as per taste
Oil for frying

Directions 

1. Mix together Recheado masala & onion & set aside.

2. Clean the fish, wash and slit it on both sides, and apply salt.

3. Next, stuff the masala mixture in the slit of the Pomfret fish on both the sides.

4. Then, heat oil in a skillet and shallow fry the fish on both sides till well done.

Enjoy Fried fish With Goan Prawn curry & Rice.
