Kingfish Masala Rawa fry
Ingredients
- 4 Large Kingfish fillets
- 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 Tbsp red chilli powder
- 3 - 4 Tbsp Lemon juice or Vinegar
- Semolina/ Rawa as required ( Optional)
- Oil for shallow frying
3. Apply the spice paste on both sides of fish fillets and coat well with Semolina/rawa on both sides.
Recipe Note:
- You can substitute Semolina with bread crumbs or you can also use a mix of both Semolina and breadcrumbs for coating the fish.
- You can also skip the Semolina & fry the fish plain with the masala.
